Victor Pasque

Victor Pasque currently serves as the Vice President of Sales at Blue Ridge since April 2025. Prior to this role, Victor held various positions at Plex, by Rockwell Automation, from May 2017 to April 2025, including Director of Sales for both North America and the Eastern US, where responsibilities included managing sales teams to deliver the Plex Smart Manufacturing Platform to mid-market manufacturers. Victor's earlier roles at Plex also included Account Executive positions, as well as a Senior Business Development Representative role. Prior experience includes working as an Account Representative at Tyler Technologies and a Robot Simulation Engineer at The Paslin Company. Victor started a career in sales through internships and earlier roles, including Electrician at The Paslin Company. Victor holds a Master of Business Administration from the University of Mississippi and a Bachelor of Business Administration in Sales and Business Marketing from Western Michigan University.
