William Loftis

William Loftis is a seasoned investment banking professional with extensive experience in the middle market sector. As the Co-Founder and Managing Partner of Blue River Financial Group, Inc. since March 2001, Loftis oversees buy-side representation for private equity firms and acquisitive corporations. Prior to this role, Loftis served as Managing Director at Hunter Wise Financial Group, LLC from 2006 to March 2015, focusing on mergers and acquisitions and corporate finance. Earlier in the career, Loftis was the Vice President and Michigan Manager of LandAmerica Lawyers Title, where responsibilities included collaborating with operations managers to develop strategic plans while managing over $40 million in revenues and leading a workforce of more than 400 employees. Loftis holds an M.S. in Finance from Colorado State University and a B.A. in Business Administration from Alma College.
