Chia-Chun (JJ) Fu

Chia-Chun (JJ) Fu is a Principal Machine Learning Engineer at Blue River Technology since December 2017, previously holding roles as Lead Machine Learning Engineer and Senior Research Scientist. Fu also serves as an Insight Artificial Intelligence Fellow at Insight Data Science, focusing on mobile applications of TensorFlow and speech-to-text deep learning models. Involvement in a global AI hackathon highlights skills in emotion recognition using live facial image capturing and tools like Python and TensorFlow. Prior experience includes serving as an Applications Engineer at Izon Science Ltd, specializing in nanoparticle characterization, and achieving a Ph.D. in Chemical Engineering from the University of California, Santa Barbara, where also completed a graduate certificate in Management Practice. Fu holds a B.S. in Chemical Engineering from National Taiwan University.
