Jim Ostrowski

Jim Ostrowski is a seasoned technology executive with extensive experience in product development and engineering. Currently serving as a Technical Advisor and Investor at Chef Robotics since September 2021, Jim also holds the position of Chief Technology Officer and VP of Engineering at Blue River Technology, which specializes in advanced agricultural machinery utilizing computer vision and machine learning. Previous roles include VP of Product Development at Datalogic and Evolution Robotics Retail, where Jim managed product life cycles from design to distribution. An accomplished academic, Jim conducted research in robotic systems at the University of Pennsylvania and holds a Ph.D. in Mechanical Engineering from Caltech and a Sc.B. in Electrical Engineering from Brown University.
