Nicholas Lessley

Nicholas Lessley is a seasoned engineering professional with extensive experience in robotics hardware systems and mechanical engineering. Currently serving as Senior Manager of Robotics Hardware Systems at Blue River Technology since May 2021, Nicholas previously held various positions at Northrop Grumman from June 2015 to May 2021, including Hardware Engineering Manager and Mechanical Engineer III, where significant contributions were made to the design and analysis of next generation terminal hardware for aerial platforms. Additional experience includes roles as a Mechanical Engineer at Conveyance Solutions by Continental and Watlow, focusing on CAD transformations and product design. Nicholas holds a Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering from Missouri University of Science and Technology and has undertaken graduate studies at the University of Missouri-Columbia, as well as executive training at UC San Diego.
