Jonathan Shultz is an experienced finance and operational leader with a strong background in pricing and quantitative science. In the current role as Operating Partner and Pricing & Quantitative Science Lead at Blue Rocket Incorporated, Jonathan collaborates with boards and C-Suites to transform companies. Previous roles include CFO positions at Litesprite and Joyme Capital, where Jonathan contributed to innovative mental health solutions and gaming market expansions, respectively. With a decade-long tenure at Microsoft, Jonathan oversaw significant financial operations, achieving notable revenue growth and managing extensive licensing programs. Additional experience includes leadership roles at Amazon, Corbis, UltraLink, McKinsey & Company, and Citicorp Securities. Jonathan holds an MBA in Finance from The University of Chicago Booth School of Business, is a Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA), and earned a BA in Economics and Psychology from the University of Notre Dame.
