Kathy Sue Ferruggia

Kathy Sue Ferruggia has extensive experience in executive administration, currently serving at Blue Sea Capital LLP since March 2014, where responsibilities include supporting a private equity firm focused on growth-oriented lower middle market companies. Previous roles include serving as a Senior Executive Assistant at Arnold-Hanafin for United Technologies Corporation, where Kathy handled administrative and personal matters for the retired Director of Human Resources, as well as positions at First Capital and Ocwen Financial Corporation, overseeing administrative functions for senior executives. Kathy's career began in 1984 at Alexander Proudfoot, where responsibilities included assisting top executives and managing corporate documentation. Kathy holds a graduation diploma from Lake Worth High School, completed in 1974.
