Lee J. Farber

Mr. Farber is a Vice President at Blue Sea Capital. Lee assists with identifying, evaluating and executing investment opportunities as well as providing ongoing support to the firm’s portfolio companies. Currently, Lee serves on the Board of Directors of Abrasive Technology, Innovative Labs and RESA Power.

Prior to joining Blue Sea Capital, Lee was a Senior Associate at Harvest Partners where he focused on investments in the industrials and business services sectors. Lee began his career as an Analyst and Associate at CCMP Capital Advisors.

In his spare time, Lee enjoys spending time with his wife and son, playing golf, traveling, and NBA basketball.
