Richard J. Wandoff

Mr. Wandoff is a Managing Partner at Blue Sea Capital and a member of the firm’s Investment Committee. Rick is responsible for leading and managing the firm, as well as sourcing, evaluating, executing, and managing primarily industrial growth and aerospace & defense investments. Currently, Rick serves on the Board of Directors of Abrasive Technology, Deca Dental, Innovative Labs, RESA Power and Sunvair Aerospace Group. Previously, Rick served on the Board of Directors of DDS Lab, and NSi Industries.

Prior to founding Blue Sea Capital, Rick was a Partner of Brockway Moran & Partners, a middle market private equity firm. During this time, Rick served on the Board of Directors of Cosmetic Essence, Integrated Aerospace, MW Industries and Tri-Star Electronics. Rick began his career at Arthur Andersen and served as a Manager in the firm’s transaction advisory practice at its world headquarters.

Rick is married with a son and two daughters. In his spare time, he enjoys competitive running, outdoor activities, international travel (particularly to developing countries) and spending time with his family.
