Fanny Xue

Fanny Xue is the finance and operations manager for Blue Shield of California Foundation. In this role, she is responsible for overseeing multiple aspects of the Foundation’s accounting procedures and ensuring that the Foundation is recording accurate and detailed financial information. Fanny manages budget tracking throughout the year and assists in budget development. She is also responsible for audit and tax return preparation.

Prior to joining the Foundation, Fanny was an accountant at a private holding company for a high net worth individual. The company's portfolio included more than 10 privately held businesses in industries such as food, toys, office products, alcoholic beverages, and entertainment.

Fanny graduated with a Bachelor of Science in accounting from San Francisco State University. During her time there, Fanny also volunteered for VITA, an organization that provides assistance to low-income families and individuals in need of free tax-return preparation services.
