Christopher Kriva

Christopher Kriva is an experienced legal professional specializing in policy and federal regulatory affairs within the healthcare sector. Currently serving as Senior Director of Policy & Federal Regulatory Affairs at Blue Shield of California since November 2019, Christopher has previously held significant roles including Government Relations Counsel at Kaiser Permanente, where responsibilities included advising on health care reform strategies, and Senior Regulatory Advisor at the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services, assisting with the Obama Administration's regulatory agenda. Additional experience encompasses roles in regulatory compliance at the FDA, legal counsel at Reinhart Boerner Van Deuren s.c., and political coordination functions during the 2012 presidential campaign.
