Fiona Sear

Fiona Sear is an accomplished healthcare executive with extensive experience in strategic planning and performance management. Currently serving as Senior Director of Growth and Medicare Strategy at Blue Shield of California, Fiona oversees the three-year strategic plan and Medicare product strategy, driving cross-functional governance and managing consumer strategic initiatives. Fiona has held various leadership roles within Blue Shield, including Senior Director at Altais and in Corporate Strategic Integration, where responsibilities included leading strategic planning processes, integration of acquired companies, and enterprise planning governance. Prior to Blue Shield, Fiona spent nearly two decades at Vituity, where roles included Vice President of Knowledge Management & Strategy. Fiona holds an Honors Bachelor of Science in Human Biology from the University of Toronto and a Master of Healthcare Administration from the University of Ottawa.
