Gary Kerr is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in sales enablement, currently serving as a Content Database Administrator at Blue Shield of California since May 2007. In this role, Gary manages the Loopio RFP content management system and has successfully migrated multiple knowledge bases from Upland Qvidian to Loopio. Previously, as a Sales Proposal Consultant, Gary led a team of proposal writers, overseeing complex RFPs and ensuring timely, compliant, and persuasive responses.
