Jeff Martin

Jeff Martin CPA serves as the Vice President of Underwriting at Blue Shield of California, overseeing the underwriting and stop loss operations for a major health plan with $25 billion in premium and 5 million members. Previously, Jeff held the position of Vice President of Underwriting and Director of Underwriting at Highmark NY, where responsibilities included leading underwriting operations for a $3 billion health plan. Additionally, Jeff managed the UniCare underwriting function at Elevance Health, contributing to the strategic planning team. Jeff holds both an MBA and a Bachelor of Science in Finance from the University of Colorado Boulder - Leeds School of Business.
