John Feraud

John Feraud has extensive experience in customer service within the healthcare and telecommunications industries. Currently serving as an Individual and Family Plans Customer Care Agent at Blue Shield of California since April 2017, John addresses member inquiries, processes payments, and explains health plan benefits. Prior to this role, John worked as a Customer Care Specialist, assisting beneficiaries during contract negotiations between Blue Shield and Sutter Health. Additional experience includes a Senior Customer Service Representative position at Veterans' Sourcing Group, where John facilitated Medi-CAL enrollments, and various roles at Community Tissue Services, Goldrush Getaways, Apple, Electric Lightwave, and Hewlett-Packard, showcasing a strong background in customer interaction and problem-solving. John holds a graduation diploma in General Studies from St. John's College and completed education at St. Monica's High School.
