Preston White

Preston White is an accomplished healthcare leader with significant experience in strategic planning and operational excellence. Currently serving as the Director of Strategic Planning and Performance at Blue Shield of California, Preston directs strategic and planning efforts within the People & Engagement business unit. Prior roles include Director of Planning and Talent Effectiveness at UC Davis Health, where responsibilities revolved around executing clinical strategic initiatives, and a Principal role at McKinsey & Company, focusing on strategic and operational challenges for various healthcare clients. Early in the career, Preston developed operations in clinical neurosciences at UCLA Health and managed hospital operations at City of Hope. Educational qualifications include a Master of Health Administration from the University of Oklahoma Health Sciences Center and a BS in Biochemistry with a Business minor from the University of Oklahoma.
