Rebecca Gale

Rebecca Gale currently serves as the Director of End-to-End Member Experience at Blue Shield of California, leading the Net Promoter Score Member Experience program and overseeing strategic initiatives to enhance member centricity across the organization. Previously, Rebecca held roles at Confirmit, where as a Senior Program Manager, oversight of VoC/VoE programs contributed to significant revenue generation, and at ForeSee, where contributions as a Senior Analyst/Client Lead focused on improving customer experience for a diverse client base. Additional experience includes strategic program coordination at Henry Ford Health System and corporate training at FedEx. Rebecca holds a Bachelor's Degree in Clinical Health Psychology from Wayne State University.
