Heidi Rothbard is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in people and culture management, operations, and project management. Currently serving as Vice President of People & Culture at Blue Skies Consulting since November 2016, Heidi has played a key role in the organization's commitment to delivering elite technical business solutions. Previous roles include Program Manager at Mirion Technologies, where responsibilities included managing ERP and CRM selection processes, and Entrepreneur at Nourish Yourself, where Heidi built a business that served over 100 clients and designed corporate workshops for Fortune 1000 companies. Heidi’s career began at Accenture, focusing on operations, quality, and risk management within the Products Industries Business Unit. Educational achievements include two Master's degrees in Business/Managerial Economics and Economics from WU (Vienna University of Economics and Business).
