Lance Yoder

Lance Yoder is an experienced professional in consulting and engineering, currently serving as Associate Director at Blue Skies Consulting since November 2023. Previously, at Clear Process Solutions, LLC from January 2014 to November 2023, Lance held roles as Partner, Director of Professional Services, and Consultant, leading professional services teams and developing consulting solutions that aligned with company goals. Prior experience at Rockwell Automation from May 2004 to January 2014 included positions such as Project Leader in Engineering Master Data and SAP Data Lead in Manufacturing Strategy, focusing on process design, SAP data management, and improvements in manufacturing operations. Lance holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Chemical Engineering from Case Western Reserve University, obtained in 2004.
