Heather Ransom

Heather L. Ransom, a director at Blue Skies of Texas, has experience managing capital projects across two residential communities. Previously, Heather served as Superintendent of Executive Services in the United States Air Force, overseeing a large number of military and civilian positions. Heather holds a Master's Degree in Organizational Leadership from Columbia Southern University, a Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration and Management from Wayland Baptist University, and an Associate's Degree in Information Resources Management from Community College of the Air Force.
