Wagner Faria is an experienced professional in production management within the chemical industry, currently serving as Gerente de produção and previously as Coordenador de produção at Blue Skies since April 2022. With a solid background in chemical formulation and quality control gained at Tintas Qualyvinil, along with leadership roles in research and development, and production at DYNATECH Indústrias Quimicas Ltda, Wagner has developed expertise in managing teams, implementing KPIs, and optimizing production processes. Additional experience includes consulting for production management at Polycrom, overseeing production as Supervisor at Clariant, and engaging in laboratory support roles early in career with Reichhold and Clariant. Wagner holds a Bachelor's degree in Chemistry from Universidade de Mogi das Cruzes, and has furthered education with a postgraduate degree in Industrial Engineering and Management, alongside a certification in Black Belt Lean Six Sigma from Fundação Vanzolini.

We are Blue Skies. And we love fruit. But not just any fruit - fresh from harvest fruit which we turn into delicious dairy-free ice cream, freshy squeezed juices and fresh cut fruit. We started over 20 years ago in a factory in Ghana, and now have production facilities in the UK, South Africa, Brazil, Egypt and Benin. Our fruit is grown with pride by farmers, harvested at its optimal maturity, hand selected for quality and ripeness and delivered to your favourite grocery stores, fresh from harvest. With our Foundation, we also reinvest profit back in to local communities. So far we have completed of over 120 local projects such as classroom blocks for schools, clinics and water systems.
