Silvio Roger Desa

Silvio Roger Desa has had a diverse career in the past 17 years. In 2005, they were the Operations Manager at Guitar Center. In 2014, they were the Merchandise Coordinator at a Home Goods Retailer. From 2015 to 2019, they were the Quality Technician/Supervisor at Interplex, where they wrote and executed automated inspection routines for Micro-Vu and used various measurement devices such as calipers, micrometers, and drop pin gages. Silvio Roger also completed First Article (FAI) Inspection, input data into ERP system, and advised operators. Since 2019, they have been the Process Technician III, Metrology at Confluent Medical Technologies, where they are proficient in operating and writing automated routines for Micro-Vu (VMM) vision systems, and is familiar with Nikon vision systems, Keyence IM-7000, and AZ100. Silvio Roger is also familiar with reading and understanding geometric dimensioning and tolerancing (GD&T). Silvio Roger will be taking on the role of Quality Lead at Blue Sky eLearn in 2022.

Silvio Roger Desa attended Framingham High School from 2002 to 2005, where they earned a high school diploma in general studies. Silvio Roger then attended Massachusetts Bay Community College from 2006 to 2007, studying psychology.
