Ron Garrison has a diverse work experience in the IT industry. Ron is currently working as a Principal Systems Solution Engineer at Blue Sky Innovative Solutions since November 2020. Prior to this, they worked as an Enterprise Architect at ECS from May 2020 to November 2020. From January 2018 to May 2020, they worked as an Enterprise Architect at Ingersoll Consulting Inc, where they supported the Justice Department by implementing IT systems and architecture. From January 2013 to January 2018, Ron worked as an IT Policy Analyst for DoD at SAIC, where they provided strategic planning and analysis for The Joint Staff. Ron also worked as a Senior Tech Advisor at Decisive Analytics Corp. from February 2010 to December 2012, researching new technologies and aligning implementation methods for new requirements. Ron's earlier work experience includes roles as an Engineer at BAE Systems IT from August 2005 to August 2009, a Director of Quality Team at BAE Systems Information Technology from 2002 to 2005, and a Systems Engineer at BAE Systems IT from May 1992 to December 2000.
Ron Garrison earned their Bachelor of Science in Information Systems/Management from the University of Phoenix, where they studied from 2016 to 2018. Prior to that, from 1976 to 1979, they attended West Virginia University and obtained their Bachelor of Science in Electrical and Electronics Engineering. In addition to their degrees, Ron has also obtained a Lean Six-Sigma Greenbelt certification in September 2002.
