David Burke

David Burke is a seasoned professional in the field of cyber research and development, currently serving as a Senior Cyber Researcher at Blue Sky Innovators, Inc. since June 2023. Previously, David held multiple leadership roles at FATHOM5 from July 2019 to June 2023, including Vice President of Research and Development, Chief Technology Officer, and Chief Engineer. David's extensive experience in the US Navy from July 2010 to June 2019 includes serving as the Director of Cyber Warfare for Naval Aviation and Technical Lead for Naval UAS Interoperability. Educational qualifications include a PhD in Aerospace, Aeronautical and Astronautical Engineering, an MS in Computer Engineering, and multipleBS degrees in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, and Electrical and Electronics Engineering, all obtained from North Carolina State University between 1999 and 2010.
