David Hicks is currently the Managing Director at Victory Strategies. Prior to this role, David served as the Vice Commander at 1st Air Force and Deputy Director for Operations at NORAD. With a background in engineering, David holds a Master of Science in Systems Engineering from the Air Force Institute of Technology and a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from the United States Air Force Academy. Additionally, David has extensive experience in the USAF, serving in various leadership positions such as Wing Commander and Director of Strategy. David is also the CEO & Founder of OpSacredPromise.org and a Board member at Team 5 Foundation. In addition to their military career, David is a Senior Analyst at Blue Sky Innovators, Inc and a pilot at Gaughan Flying LLC.
