Ryan Lincoln

Ryan Lincoln is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in program and account management. Currently serving as Senior Program Manager at Blue Sky Innovators, Inc since May 2021, Ryan previously held various leadership positions at Ntrepid LLC, including Senior Director of Accounts and Program Manager, from July 2011 to May 2021. Early career experiences include public security consulting for the Organization of American States and research fellowships focused on transnational crime at the Matthew B. Ridgway Center for International Security Studies. Ryan's educational background includes a Master of Public & International Affairs and a Certificate in Latin American Studies from the University of Pittsburgh, alongside a BA in Political Science and International Studies from Hope College.
