Scott van Cleave

Scott Van Cleave has a strong background in program control and finance management. Scott began their career in 1999 as a Program Control Finance Officer at the US Air Force Space & Missile Systems Center. From there, they joined AT&T Government Solutions Inc as a Program Control Consultant, where they provided financial management support to Department of Defense space acquisition programs. In 2006, they joined Kinsey Technical Services Inc as the Director of Program Control & Acquisition Support. Currently, they are the EVP (Prior CFO) at Blue Sky Innovators Inc, a company that offers consulting, engineering, and technical services to commercial and government clients.
