Rob Mougin is an accomplished legal professional with extensive experience in the field of law. As the Founder of Blue Sky Mediation Center since January 2016, Rob has demonstrated expertise in mediation practices. Prior to this, Rob served as Managing Partner at Kring & Chung, LLP from May 2001 to 2024, and was the Founding Partner at Lake & Mougin from May 1997 to May 2001. Earlier in the career, Rob gained valuable experience as an Associate Attorney at Tuverson & Hillyard from May 1993 to May 1997. Rob holds a Juris Doctor (JD) degree from the University of San Diego (1993-1996) and a Bachelor of Arts in Economics from UC San Diego.
