Hunter started their career at Pearson Education as a Campus Ambassador, where they acted as a liaison between Pearson's sales representatives and the faculty of Mesa Community College. Hunter presented weekly to students about the benefits offered by Pearson Education. Hunter then worked at Blue Sky Pest Control as a Technician, providing quality pest treatments to clients and ensuring their needs were met. Hunter later became an Account Manager at Blue Sky Pest Control, where they delivered consultative sales presentations to clients, secured high-value accounts, and built strong relationships with customers. Hunter eventually became the Account Manager Team Lead, responsible for delivering sales presentations, collaborating with technical managers, and onboarding new customers. Hunter achieved the title of sales leader by onboarding over $320,000 in new customer revenue in 2022. Additionally, Hunter had a role as a Student Teacher at The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints, where they presented and taught daily high school courses to students and prepared lesson plans.
Hunter McRae earned a Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration from Northern Arizona University, completing the program between 2012 and 2014.
