Alaina Rosen

Alaina Rosen has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and industries. Alaina currently holds the position of Sr. Director of Design at Blue Sky The Color of Imagination since January 2019. Prior to this, they served as Design Director at the same company from April 2018 to December 2018. Alaina also worked as Design Manager from November 2017 to April 2018 and as Design Specialist from March 2017 to November 2017.

Before joining Blue Sky The Color of Imagination, Alaina worked at Deckers Brands. Alaina held the position of Associate Color Designer for UGG from July 2015 to February 2017. Prior to that, they worked as a Product Coordinator for UGG Australia from August 2013 to July 2015.

Alaina's early work experience includes roles at UC Santa Barbara and Demo 2 Design. At UC Santa Barbara, they worked as an Orientation Staff Leader from March 2013 to August 2013, as a Book Conservationist from April 2010 to June 2013, and served as President from April 2012 to March 2013. At Demo 2 Design, they worked as a Marketing Intern from January 2013 to March 2013.

Additionally, Alaina had leadership roles at Kappa Alpha Theta, Gamma Rho Chapter. Alaina served as Social Chairman from January 2011 to December 2011 and as Technology Chairman from January 2010 to December 2010.

Alaina Rosen obtained their Bachelor of Arts degree in Studio Art from UC Santa Barbara, where they studied from 2009 to 2013. Alaina later pursued a certification in The Art of Traditional Shoemaking from the ARSUTORIA SCHOOL in New York in 2015. Additionally, Alaina acquired a certification in The Employee's Guide to Sustainability from LinkedIn in November 2022.
