Michael Rittelmann

Michael Rittelmann, MBA, currently serves as an Area Scout for the Edmonton Elks and as a Sales Representative for Sports Connect. With an extensive background in football scouting and personnel management, Michael holds the position of Director of Player Personnel and Scouting at the College Gridiron Showcase, where responsibilities include recruiting and scouting college football prospects across various divisions. Previous roles include Regional Sales Manager at Signing Day Sports, Benefits Verification Specialist at ConnectiveRx, and Football Film Evaluator at NCSA Next College Student Athlete, where Michael evaluated student-athlete performance and aligned them with suitable college programs. Additional experience includes coaching at Chartiers Valley High School and working as a College Recruiting Consultant at ETHIC Training. Michael earned an MBA in Human Resources Management from Waynesburg University.
