Arnav Mehta, currently the Managing Director of Blue Star Diamonds and Star Blue Jewels Pvt Ltd, has over 19 years of extensive experience in the diamond industry. Since joining Blue Star Diamonds in 2004, Arnav has led significant initiatives, including the establishment of a large manufacturing facility in Surat, India, and the introduction of innovative entrepreneurial manufacturing practices. Under Arnav's leadership, the company ensured adherence to global compliance standards, pioneered real-time online diamond auctions, and expanded distribution hubs across multiple regions. Notably, Arnav played an instrumental role in the growth of the business from $300 million to over $1 billion and initiated the laboratory-grown diamond sector in 2019. Educational achievements include a Bachelor of Science in Information Management from UCL and various professional training programs in finance and asset management.
