Arika F. has extensive work experience in various roles supporting military families and communities. Arika began their career in 2014 as a Special Education Paraprofessional in the Fallbrook Unified School District, where they provided support to disabled students and assisted with program components.

In the same year, Arika joined the San Clemente Military Family Outreach as a Board of Directors/Military Liaison. Arika collaborated with community organizations, corporate sponsors, and veteran groups to support military members and their dependents, particularly those stationed at Marine Corps Base Camp Pendleton.

Arika also served as a Resident Advisory Board Member for Liberty Military Housing, where they participated in work groups to identify areas for improvement within base housing communities. Arika organized and coordinated multiple events for the residents and worked closely with the Lincoln staff and other board members.

In 2015, they became a Member of the Military Spouse Association of Camp Pendleton, a philanthropic force within the Camp Pendleton community. Arika also joined the Marine Corps League as a Member of the Board of Directors, providing outreach and support to Marines, Sailors, and injured veterans.

Arika’s dedication to military families extended to their role as Command Ombudsman and Assistant to Commanding Officer at Naval Hospital Camp Pendleton. Arika served as a liaison to deployed staff and led a team advocating for the well-being of NHCP staff members and patients.

In 2018, Arika took on the position of Special Event Planner, Social Media Manager, and Manager at the San Clemente Beach Club Association, overseeing daily operations, managing personnel budget, and organizing special events.

Arika'smost recent experience includes working as the Warehouse Manager for Rotary International and the Director of Programs at the Network for Exceptional Military Families. Arika's diverse work experience showcases their commitment to supporting military families and organizations.

Arika F. has a varied education history. In 2020, they obtained a certificate in Hospitality Management from Florida Atlantic University - College of Business. Prior to that, from 2018 to 2019, they attended Platinum College of Professional Services, but their degree is unspecified. Furthermore, in 2001 to 2003, Arika F. attended Delta College where their field of study was Business, Management, Marketing, and Related Support Services.

In addition to their formal education, Arika F. has obtained numerous certifications.
