Michele Bradfield is a Chief Storyteller & Owner at Hey Michele B, where they work as a conversion storyteller and pitch partner for nonprofits. Michele also served as a Cause Marketing Manager and a Communications Manager during their time there. Prior to that, they were a Communications Consultant at Blue Star Families.
Michele has also worked as a Cause Marketing Consultant at Team Red, White & Blue, where they provided their expertise in cause marketing. Michele has their own company called Michele Bradfield, LLC, where they work as a Marketing Communications Consultant, providing freelance services for small businesses, nonprofits, and personal brands. In this role, they manage program budgets, creates project/event timelines, coordinates key deliverables, writes website copy and blogs, pitches sponsorship ideas and media coverage, and works with creative teams.
Before starting their own company, Michele was a Co-Founder of In Dependent, an organization that connects military spouses to local health and wellness resources. Michele has also worked as a Project Coordinator at Kansas State University, representing the Industrial and Manufacturing Systems Engineering department and overseeing their marketing and event campaigns.
In addition, Michele has experience as a Marketing Manager at the USAG Schweinfurt Office of Public Affairs, where they served as the lead Marketing Manager for the office. Michele developed media mixes to reach target audiences for various departments and acted as the lead specialist on all marketing campaigns.
Earlier in their career, Michele worked as a Development Manager at the Make-A-Wish Foundation of Idaho and as a Volunteer Coordinator at St. Luke's Women's Fitness Celebration. Michele also served as a Special Events Coordinator at Boise State University.
Michele Bradfield pursued their education in a diligent manner, focusing on achieving their academic goals. In 2004, they attended Boise State University where they pursued a Bachelor of Science degree in Communication, General, and Marketing, which they successfully completed in 2006. Following this, they further enhanced their educational qualifications by enrolling at Northwest Nazarene University in 2009. During their time at Northwest Nazarene University, they pursued a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree, which they successfully obtained in 2010. Through these educational endeavors, Michele attained a strong foundation in both communication and marketing, as well as acquiring advanced knowledge in business administration.

Blue Star Families (BSF) is a national, nonprofit network by and for military families from all ranks and services, including active duty, National Guard and reserves. Blue Star Families strengthens military families and connects America to the military through a robust array of morale, empowerment, education and employment programs. Founded by military spouses in 2009, the organization has engaged tens of thousands of volunteers and served more than 1.5 million military family members annually, including wounded and transitioning service members and their loved ones.
