Scott Fenoglio, CFA

Scott Fenoglio, CFA, has over 15 years of experience in the energy industry. Scott began their career in 2004 as a Financial Analyst at Western Gas Resources. In 2006, they were promoted to Finance Supervisor at Noble Energy, where they were responsible for the development of the annual budget, quarterly latest estimates, and the long-range plan for the Northern Region, as well as the preparation of monthly variance reports. In 2014, they were promoted to Senior Vice President of Finance & Planning (Principal Financial Officer) at Bonanza Creek Energy, Inc., where they had full responsibility for all company public financial report certifications, overall financial control, GAAP accounting, regulatory compliance, and SOX compliance. Scott was also selected to join the Management Committee. In 2019, they became the Chief Financial Officer at Ossidiana Energy, a Warburg Pincus-backed start-up exploration and production company focusing on the DJ Basin in Wyoming. In this role, they maintained full responsibility for all corporate finance and accounting functions and played a key role in the strategic direction and planning for the company. Currently, they are the Chief Financial Officer of Blue Star Helium Limited.

Scott Fenoglio obtained a Bachelor of Arts in Finance from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign. Scott also holds the Chartered Financial Analyst certification.
