Bijal Naik

Bijal Naik is a seasoned procurement professional with over two decades of experience in the manufacturing sector, currently serving as Deputy General Manager at Blue Star Limited since February 2000. At Blue Star, a leader in air-conditioning and refrigeration solutions, Bijal heads the procurement function for two manufacturing plants in Kalamb and a newly established plant in Sricity, having progressed through various roles including Senior Manager, Manager, and Senior Engineer. Previously, Bijal worked as a Production Executive at Godrej & Boyce Mfg. Co. Ltd., overseeing the fabrication department. Educational qualifications include a Post Graduate Diploma in Materials Management and a Graduate Diploma in Materials Management from the Indian Institute of Materials Management, as well as a Bachelor of Engineering in Production Engineering from MHSS, Mumbai.
