Vivek Bhadade

Vivek Bhadade has over a decade of experience in research and development, primarily in the HVAC industry. At Blue Star Limited, from July 2013 to June 2023, Vivek served as General Manager R&D and previously as Deputy General Manager R&D, leading projects in chiller product development. Earlier, Vivek was a Senior Manager R&D at Thermax Babcock & Wilcox Limited, where a year was spent handling thermal analysis projects using the CFX-5 software. Additionally, Vivek's career began at Chemofab Engineers as a Shop Supervisor for the fabrication of chemical equipment. Academic credentials include a Master’s degree in Heat Power Engineering from COEP (Government College of Engineering, Pune), completed in January 2004.
