Sally A. Painter

Sally A. Painter is the Co-Founder and Chief Operating Officer at Blue Star Strategies, LLC since January 2010. Prior to that, Sally A. worked as the Director, International at Tenneco from February 1995 to 1999. Sally A. also served as the Deputy Director, Office of Business Liaison at the U.S. Department of Commerce from February 1993 to March 1995. Sally has a Bachelor of Arts in International Relations and Economics from the University of Maryland.
