Caitlin Mitchell

Caitlin Mitchell is a seasoned professional in creative strategy and mobilization, currently serving as Senior Vice President of Creative Strategy at Blue State since June 2024. Previously, Caitlin held the position of Executive Director at the Democratic Data Exchange, overseeing a project aimed at developing modern data infrastructure for the progressive movement. Extensive experience includes roles such as Senior Vice President of Strategic Initiatives at NGP VAN, President of Mobilize, Partner at NEWCO Strategies, and Senior Advisor for Digital at Biden for President, where impactful digital strategies and substantial grassroots fundraising were implemented. Caitlin's early career features significant contributions as Chief Mobilization Officer for both Warren for President and the Democratic National Committee, and Vice President of Digital at EMILY's List. Caitlin earned a Bachelor of Science in Communication Studies with a focus on Political Communication from Ohio University.
