Aviv Schwietzer

Co-founder & Chief Operating Officer at Blue Stripes

Aviv Schwietzer has a diverse work experience in various roles and industries. Aviv co-founded Blue Stripes in 2019 and served as the Chief Operating Officer. Prior to that, they had a significant role at Wok to Walk where they were a Co-owner and Board Member, advising and mentoring the executive team. Aviv expanded the company's portfolio and oversaw the growth of the company to 22 brick-and-mortar locations. Additionally, Aviv was the Principal CEO of Maoz Vegetarian, where they played a similar role and managed the day-to-day operations of four locations in NYC. Before embarking on their entrepreneurial journey, Aviv served in the Israeli Defense Forces as a First Lieutenant, specializing in combat inside dense urban environments and also served as a weapons and Krav-Maga instructor.

Aviv Schwietzer began their education in 2004 at Ben-Gurion University of the Negev, where they studied Business and Economics. Aviv attended the university until 2006. During this time, they also enrolled in the Israeli Air Force, focusing on Flight and Aerodynamics from 2004 to 2006. Following their time in the Israeli Air Force, Aviv joined the Israeli Defence Forces in 2006 as a Weapons and Krav Maga Instructor, earning the title of Commander by 2007. Additionally, from 2005 to 2006, while still in the Israeli Air Force, they served as a First Lieutenant and pilot.
