Joey Barnes (Pluto)

Joey "Pluto" Barnes is an accomplished professional in the media production industry, currently serving as Freelance/CEO of Jay Pluto Productions since July 2016, where daily operations are managed and client relationships are nurtured. In addition, Joey works as a Production Assistant and On-Camera Instructor for Blue Studios.io USA since July 2019, involved in filming and content management. Previous roles include Head of Media at HNY Records, Music Producer for MTV, and studio assistant for Grammy Award-winning engineer Buck 3000 at UPTIME STUDIO. With experience in instructing music and video production to middle school students, as well as engineering and producing for several high-profile artists at LESFLO Studios, Joey has built a diverse skill set. Earlier career positions include Studio Manager at P'Tones Records and Senior Staff at Howard University's Recreation and Intramurals Department. Joey holds a B.A. in Audio Production with a minor in Psychology from Howard University.
