Victor Alvarez

Victor Alvarez has a wealth of experience in the chemical industry. Victor began their career in 2001 as an R&D Scientist at DaimlerChrysler, where they were responsible for environmental VOC analysis. In 2003, they became a Partner and Area Manager at Pqi International, where they specialized in organic certified ingredients, nanotechnology actives, peptides, and acrylic polymers for the personal care market. Victor also had extensive experience and knowledge of markets located in emerging countries, such as Mexico, Ecuador, Chile, and Argentina, as well as the Southeast of the US. In 2010, Victor founded Blue Sun International, a company focused on distribution and manufacturing of specialty chemicals for the personal care industry, household, and pharma. Victor also worked with technologies ranging from surface treatment powders and active ingredients to biodegradable glitter. In 2018, Victor founded Today Glitter.

Victor Alvarez received a Master of Science in Chemical Engineering from IQS Barcelona in 2001. Prior to this, they attended Sant Ignasi.
