Neil Ichiki

Neil Ichiki currently serves as the Director for the Department of Defense at Blue Tech Inc., starting in January 2024, where responsibilities include leading DoD sales strategy, execution, and business development while managing a team of 13 Account Managers. Previously, Neil held the role of DoD Territory Manager at HP from January 2011 to November 2023, achieving $30 million in personal sales and managing a $150 million annual program. Earlier experience includes positions as DoD Account Manager at GTSI, where Neil expanded partnerships significantly, and as DoD Major Account Manager at World Wide Technology, where market growth strategies were implemented. The career commenced as a Federal Account Manager at Leverage Information Systems. Neil Ichiki holds a BA in International Business Management from the University of Puget Sound and attended Harvard Business School.
