Ketan Mhaskar has a solid work experience in the field of training and operations. ketan started their career at McDonald's in 2013 where they worked as a Barista Operations for three years. ketan then transitioned into the role of Training Executive (HR) for an additional year. In 2017, Ketan joined Flemingo International as a Senior Executive in Training and Development, where they worked for about two years. Most recently, in 2019, they joined Blue Tokai Coffee Roasters as a Junior Training Manager. ketan quickly progressed within the company and was promoted to the position of Manager Training and Operations in January 2021.
