Eric Rackear

Eric Rackear has extensive experience in the finance industry, currently serving in the Private Debt division at Blue Torch Capital since July 2021. Prior to this role, Eric held positions at Ares Management Corporation from April 2017 to June 2021, where responsibilities included roles as Senior Associate and Associate within Ivy Hill Asset Management. Earlier experience includes a position as a Leveraged Finance Analyst at CIT from July 2015 to March 2017, and a Summer Internship at TTV Capital, LLC in June 2014. Eric's career commenced as a Camp Counselor at Camp Greylock from June 2011 to August 2012. Eric holds a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Finance, Strategy and Management Consulting from Emory University's Goizueta Business School, graduated in 2015.
