Michael Sell

Michael Sell currently serves as an Advisory Board Member and Board Vice Chair at The Dragonfly Foundation since 2023. Since 2018, Michael holds the position of Director of Finance and Controller at Blue Torch Capital. Prior experience includes Chief Financial Officer and Treasurer at Great Elm Capital Corp. from 2016 to 2018, and Chief Financial Officer, Treasurer, Secretary, and Vice President at Full Circle Capital Corporation from 2008 to 2016. Michael's career began at Sky Bell Asset Management in 2007, and previous experience also includes roles at Agile Group, LLC and PricewaterhouseCoopers, where Michael was a Senior Associate. Michael earned a Master of Accountancy in Accounting and a Bachelor of Science in Accounting and Finance from Miami University.
