Emily Salzer has had a long and successful career in customer success and management. Emily began their career in 2003 as a Regional Manager at Nordstrom. In 2011, they moved to Einstein Bros Bagels as a Business Director. After three years, they joined Neiman Marcus as a Multi-Unit General Manager and Events Manager. In 2017, they became a Regional Strategic Customer Success Manager-Saas at Tripleseat. Currently, they are a Strategic Customer Success Director at Blue Triangle, a role they have held since 2022.
Emily Salzer received a Bachelor in Hotel and Restaurant Management from Johnson & Wales University.
