Emmanuel Bautista

Mr. Bautista is the founder and majority owner of Blue Trident, LLC. As President/CEO and Managing Member, he is responsible for the strategic direction and business affairs of the Company. Mr. Bautista is a retired Naval Officer who served over 22 years in the Navy's Civil Engineer Corps. He retired in May 2010 as a Commander (0-5). He has over 31 years of experience leading engineering and facilities management organizations and directing complex design and construction programs. He is experienced and educated in all aspects of Facilities Program Management including planning, design, construction, budget, organization, personnel management, operations, scheduling, and maintenance.

His professional credentials include registration as a Professional Civil Engineer in the States of California and Washington, certification as a LEED Green Associate and qualifications as a Level III contracting officer with a Secret Clearance. He has demonstrated business acumen and success in every leadership position he has maintained and has excelled in roles ranging from facility and construction manager to corporate executive of complex teams. He has managed organizations ranging from 10 to 1800+ personnel comprised of both blue and white collar workforce. He is a proactive leader with strategic vision with the proven ability to build, develop, train and lead effective, innovative teams.
