Laura Perret-blanc has worked in the hospitality industry since 2013. Laura began their career at Pullman Paris Montparnasse as a Receptionniste-Welcomer in 2013. In 2015, they worked as a Réceptionniste for both Concorde Hotels & Resorts and Marriott Hotels. In 2016, they were a Chef de Brigade at Hotel Mercure Porte de Versailles. Since 2018, they have been working at Blue Valet, where they have held the roles of Customer Care Agent, Customer Care Supervisor, and Customer and Operation Success Manager.

Laura Perret-blanc studied Communication and Media at IICP from 2011 to 2012.
