Dan Herlihy

Dan Herlihy has a strong work history in various leadership roles within the technology industry. Dan is currently serving as the Vice President of Technology Solutions at Blue Water Thinking since February 2023. Prior to this, they held the position of Vice President of Strategy & Growth at Sierra7, Inc. from April 2020 to February 2023. Dan also served as the Director of Operations at HMS TECHNOLOGIES, INC. from June 2016 to March 2020, and as the Vice President of Client Services at Merlin International from July 2014 to June 2016. Before transitioning to private sector roles, Dan worked as a Senior Associate at Booz Allen Hamilton from September 2002 to July 2014 and as a Senior Consultant at International Network Services from June 1999 to August 2002. Dan began their career in the US Marine Corps as a Captain, where they served from May 1994 to May 1999.

Dan Herlihy attended the United States Naval Academy from 1990 to 1994, where they earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science.
